It's the holiday season. Already. I'd be quite honored for you to put my books under the tree or send them in brightly wrapped paper to a loved one. Did you know my final volume of the Sweet Wine of Youth trilogy, No Hero's Welcome, has joined None of Us the Same as a #1 bestseller […]
I'm looking forward to sharing my research with our local Rotary Club of Williamsburg. This is a fine organization of men and women whose motto is "Service Above Self" and it certainly shows in all they do for our community. I will speak about WWI, its lasting impact, the modern advances borne out of it, […]
Valentine's Day is fasting approaching. We just roll from one holiday to another, don't we? Did you know my final volume of the Sweet Wine of Youth trilogy, No Hero's Welcome, has joined my first novel, None of Us the Same, as a #1 bestseller in Canada? Absolutely true. In this final volume, the beloved […]
JUST ADDED! I'm proud to be performing this Sunday night at the Armed Services Arts Partnership's VARIETY SHOW at The Virginia Beer Company. I'll be reading from one of my historical fiction novels and would love to see LOTS of familiar faces in the crowd. Please come out to support this amazing organization and us veterans […]
St. Patrick's Day is fasting approaching. We just roll from one holiday to another, don't we? This particular holiday is a grand time to pick up a copy of a fine novel set mostly in Dublin, isn't it now? Did you know my final volume of the Sweet Wine of Youth trilogy, No Hero's Welcome, […]
This is going to be one unusual and cool event. Scout & Cellar Wine Consultant Leanne Sutton and I are teaming up to give the women and men (yes, there are men in this organization despite the name) some tasty oenology and history! Leanne will explain what her clean wines are all about while offering […]
I'm looking forward to discussing my first novel, None of Us the Same, with another local book club. I'm sure the members will have some thought-provoking questions which I'll enjoy answering. It's always a treat to meet some of my readers and hear what they have to say, too.
I'm very happy to visit a nearby book club via Zoom. We'll be discussing None of Us the Same and anything about my author journey that interests the club members. I know these ladies will have some excellent questions for me.
I'm looking forward to another post-pandemic in-person visit with a book club full of well-read, curious, fun members.
Engaging (in person!) with book clubs is really a lot of fun. I learn so much and I hope the members do, too.
