Book Signing and Author Meet and Greet

May 26 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Barnes-and-Noble-William-and-Mary-Duke-of-GloucesterBring by your friends and family visiting during Memorial Day weekend! After all, it’s the most appropriate time to remember all those lost in service to their country. As a proud retired service member, Memorial Day is especially important to me. As a historian, I’m fascinated by the First World War and its aftermath. Let’s talk about the tragic, devastating numbers of men young and old killed during this epic war. Let’s discuss my novels’ settings of Newfoundland, Ireland, Paris, and Harlem and why I selected these historically significant locations. Let’s remember why we must never forget WWI. I’ve been hearing from many readers who appreciate being able to learn so much about the First World War and the 1920s through my books. You, too, might know of someone who would enjoy absorbing the historical bits while being immersed in some interesting characters’ lives. I’ll be signing copies of my award-winning historical fiction novels None of Us the Same and Truly Are the Free.
